Vegfest UK comes to Glasgow
Vegfest is coming back to the SECC on the 3rd and 4th December. Following its very successful show last year attracting over 7000 visitors, this year is expected to be bigger and better. Glasgow is well known as a hotspot for food within the vegan and vegetarian community and at the last vegfest customers were not disappointed with what was on offer!
With stalls offering vegan cheese, chocolate, cakes, sweets, smoothies and much more there is something for everyone to try and buy. There are many cruelty free cosmetic products on offer as well as clothing and many other vegan, cruelty free, products to view and purchase.
There will be hot food available from many different caterers and also the event is timetabled with talks from experts in the fields of veganism including nutrition and animal rights. There will be live entertainment over the weekend and iterative fun timetabled events for the kids (who also enter for free!)
Vegfest is a fantastic event in that it brings people together and encourages trying a whole range of vegan foods and products and can show attendees how easy it can be to live a vegan lifestyle. You dont have to be vegan to attend, just come with an open mind and ready to try some delicious food!
